TAJ Real Estate is an international, privately held real estate group advising HNW & UHNW clients, family offices, sovereign entities and blue-chip developers across London and key global markets. From our Mayfair headquarters, we are expanding our London residential sales team and are hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator to drive revenue in prime central London.
Role: Senior Sales Executive, Residential Sales (full-time, permanent, office-based in Mayfair W1 with PCL coverage).
Package: Competitive base salary (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission on completed transactions.
Reporting to: Sales Director
Start date: Immediate or by arrangement.
You will own relationships, drive instructions and manage the full sales cycle across Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, St James's, Marylebone and wider PCL – supported by an international network of offices in Jordan, Türkiye, Qatar, Spain, Dubai and beyond.

This is a business-generation, revenue-focused role for an experienced Sales Negotiator who can originate and close transactions in London’s prime residential market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial valuation and market appraisal through to exchange and completion, acting as a trusted advisor to discerning sellers and buyers.
You will be expected to generate significant business from your own network and from proactive new business activity, prospecting, canvassing, referrals, relationship-building and events, rather than relying solely on inbound portal leads. You will shape your own pipeline and take ownership of revenues generated.
Working across Mayfair and wider PCL, you will deal with private clients, family offices and international investors. Many will engage with us through our offices in Jordan, Türkiye, Qatar, Spain, Dubai and other markets, giving you the opportunity to collaborate across borders, co-ordinate viewings and structure deals that span multiple jurisdictions.
This is not a volume-driven, transactional role. You will take a bespoke, advisory approach, preparing tailored strategies for each instruction, advising on pricing and positioning, curating off-market interest where appropriate, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects TAJ’s brand and service standards.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced Sales Negotiator who can operate independently, build trust quickly and deliver results in the prime central London market.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator in London residential sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual revenue and transaction targets.
Demonstrable ability to generate business independently, not solely reliant on portal or walk-in leads.
An existing network within London’s residential market, ideally including HNW and international clients.
Strong knowledge of the London market, with particular focus on prime central London sub-markets.
Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills, both in person and in writing.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across different cultures and geographies.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously without losing detail.
Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable with a degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom.
Proficient with property CRM systems and major portals, and confident using technology to manage your day.
Professional, polished appearance and manner appropriate for HNW and UHNW client interaction.

This role is based from our Mayfair W1 headquarters – one of London’s most prestigious addresses and a natural hub for private clients, family offices and international investors. From here, you will cover Mayfair and wider prime central London, including Knightsbridge, Belgravia, St James’s, Marylebone and other core sub-markets.
The role is office based, reflecting the importance of collaboration, in person client interaction and proximity to key stakeholders. Naturally, flexibility is required for viewings, meetings and events across London, and you may be asked to travel internationally from time to time in connection with specific clients or projects.
